Sempoer

Camp Location
The Sempoer camp was located near Sempoer in the Tjiliwoeng river valley, on the river (west) side of Kedoeng Halang, in the northeast of the city, behind the Military Hospital. Housing consisted of a group of non-commissioned officers’ homes, 8 of which were inhabited; the rest stood empty.
The camp was surrounded on three sides by bamboo-gedek. The fourth side abutted the kali (river).
